Donghua Ding

Donghua Ding served as a director and chief financial officer of China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited from 1997 until 2002 where he was in charge of that company's financial management. China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited is the leading mobile operator in China and a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to joining China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited, Mr. Ding was the Chief Economist, Chief Accountant, Deputy Chief Economist and Department Director of the Guangdong Posts and Telecommunications Administration.

Mr. Ding graduated from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1961 and has 40 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry, as well as in economics and finance.

Mr. Ding has served as our director since June 2003.
