Denny Lee
Director

Denny Lee has served as a director since April 2002 and as our Chief Financial Officer from Arpil 2002 until June 2007.Prior to joining NetEase, Mr. Lee worked in the Hong Kong office of KPMG for more than ten years, culminating in the position of Senior Manager in one of the audit departments where he specialized in auditing international clients. During his employment with KPMG, he also worked with a number of Chinese companies with respect to accounting and other aspects of their initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, due diligence work in relation to potential investments in Chinese companies and financial and operational reviews of Chinese companies in connection with proposed investments in such companies by foreign investors.

Mr. Lee graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and majored in accounting. He is also fellow members of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants.

Mr. Lee has served as our director since April 2002.
