Ronald Lee

Ronald Lee is the managing director and co-founder of BEENET, an Internet consulting and solutions services provider established in November 1999. Prior to that, he was a corporate finance senior manager at Cable & Wireless HKT, where he worked from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Lee has over 12 years of working experience in venture capital, corporate finance and direct investment. Mr. Lee also worked for Royal Trust in Toronto and Hong Kong and Peregrine Capital Limited and Peregrine Direct Investment Limited in Hong Kong.

Mr. Lee holds a master of business administration degree with specialization in accounting and finance from the University of Western Ontario and a bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance from Georgetown University.

Mr. Lee has served as our director since June 2002.
